Smoochy Poochy's Warranty

Thank you for choosing Smoochy Poochy. We're happy to go over any concerns regarding our policy below. Should you have any questions, please contact our team by phone at (905) 596-2275 or by email, including your contact information.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Smoochy Poochy or from an authorized retail partner.

Warranty Coverage

30-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. By purchasing any Smoochy Poochy product(s), the customer agrees to the warranty and return policy as outlined on this page.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Modifications or alterations to the product
Chew marks
Rips or tears

A leash, collar, or harness will not tear or rip on its own — from normal use or being worn on a walk. Tears and rips happen when the material is first nicked or chewed, which then causes it to give way. Common causes include a leash dragging on the ground or catching on something, dogs accidentally grabbing another dog's collar with their mouth (which can puncture the material), or a dog chewing on the product directly. Once a nick occurs, it can worsen into a tear or rip.

Smoochy Poochy products use nylon webbing and Biothane/polyvinyl materials. While both are extremely durable, dogs can chew through nearly anything — furniture, shoes, wood, baseboards, tires. Nylon and Biothane materials are not covered under warranty for tears, rips, nicks, or chews.

Please note: Before any product ships to you or to our authorized retail partners, we inspect it thoroughly for flaws. All products ship in good order.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Proof of purchase is required.
Any returned product(s) must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) issued by Smoochy Poochy.
Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
