Refund policy

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30-days of purchase provided the items have not been used or damaged and tags are attached. 

Please try on the item to be sure you are happy with the size, colour and design before you use it outdoors.  If you have any concerns, please contact us.  We want you to be delighted with your Smoochy Poochy product and look forward to assisting you.

If you wish to exchange an item, $10 shipping fee applies for the return label but we will ship the replacement item at no charge.  If you wish to return for refund, $10 will be deducted from your refund for payment of the flat-rate shipping label.  

Items that are not in original new condition or have been used are no eligible for return.
